Amerigo's Farm Dinner Series

Heyyyy y'all. So, I have to fill you in on some fab info: I had the chance just a few weeks back to attend Amerigo Nashville's Farm Dinner Series -- and it was AMAZING. Five courses (!) served with wine and drink pairings (!!), in Amerigo's private dining room. Each month, Chef Steven visits the Farmer's Market to source the freshest veggies, fruits, meats and cheeses for the series, creating a unique menu highlighting fresh flavors of the season. I love a good, hearty Italian meal, and this was one of the best I've ever had in Nashville.

Navy, kidney, and great northern beans, pasta, tomato, chicken stock, and focaccia croutons // paired with Suavia Soave Classico
Housemade pasta, pork and beef bolognese, grilled bread, Romano cheese // paired with Saddlebred Pinot Noir
